Home Inspections
Homeowners make their decision to remodel for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is to create a more energy efficient home, a more comfortable home and a more appealing home.

Our country's homes need help. The 2010 Census claims there are 131 million homes in this country and many of them were constructed prior to the efficiency of modern energy and the requirements of today's building codes.
Whether you're considering a new home, thinking of putting your current home on the market or just want to know what the current condition of your home is, I can provide you with a detailed visual inspection that will answer all of your questions.

BPI Seal
I began my home improvement career shortly after I retired from the Navy in 1993 and was able to purchase my first home. I wanted to learn as much as I possibly could about my home as a complete system and how all of the constructed components work together as a system. While I am extremely confident in my skill level and knowledge of nearly every aspect of house construction, I prefer to focus my efforts for customers on those areas I am most familiar and knowledgeable. I am certified by the Building Performance Institute, Incorporated (BPI) as a Building Analyst and as such, the Home Performance with Energy Star program from the Department of Energy (DOE) and Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) cites the BPI certification or equivalent for individual certification. My commitment to customers is a simple premise- an honest, thorough and complete understanding of your home and how I can help you make it a better place to live.
